Training a group of people can be downright difficult, especially for those individuals that haven’t been trained properly themselves.
So much can go wrong…Heaven forbid you have stage fright, I don’t even want to know how that’s going to work!
Or even worse….An unruly group of trainees that just don’t let you teach! It’s enough to make you want to pull your hair out!
I remember my first crack at training a group of colleagues. I have to tell you it was a bit of a disaster! I remember the night before thinking how prepared I was for the task at hand, I think that illusion shattered 20 minutes into the class.
I can laugh it off now but while it was happening I was filled with anxiety. So trust me when I say, I GET IT! Those times are enough to make you take a step back from the classroom door.
I had some luck since those horrible days though. You see…I’ve been writing for Jason Teteak for quite some time now and as a writer for his business I need to fully understand everything he offers.
The best part of my job? I get free stuff and not just any stuff, I get usable and valuable information! Information and techniques I can apply to many areas of my life.
If you’re reading this blog post, chances are you have already purchased one of Jason’s Train the Trainer courses. I just wanted to take a minute and tell you that things will get better. I know I got stronger and stronger with each course I took of Jason’s and so will you.
Just be patient and really try to absorb everything you can from these courses and next time you’re up in front of a classroom you’ll see the difference your Train the Trainer course made.
If you still haven’t pulled the trigger and don’t know where to start I recommend you visit OUR PRODUCT PAGE on our site and see which program or execution plan fits you best!
