We came across a fantastic blog recently by Michael Simmons over at The Mission titled: The 5-Hour Rule: If you’re not spending 5 hours per week learning, you’re being irresponsible.
Go check it out!
It’s a great read!
After reading his blog, we realized it goes hand-in-hand with one of our favorite sayings here at Rule the Room: “You’re either green and growing, or ripe and rotting.”
Simmons explains in his blog how 3 of the busiest (and most successful) people in world each take time in their days to learn.
So what do those people see that other’s don’t?
Simmons says, “Learning is the best investment of our time that we can make.”
And this is especially true for trainers.
Even Jason, who many including myself, would say is an expert trainer, is always working on his craft.
And so can you!
That’s why we created the Train the Trainer Lab.
With more than 30 programs in the lab, you will have no problem finding one hour a day to learn new things in the the world of training.
From teaching to the different learning styles, to handling challenging trainees, and creating engagement curriculum, you’re sure to find plenty of content that will keep you “Green and growing.”
In the Train the Trainer Lab, we break down each and every technique to make it simple for you to understand.
We will tell you why it works so that you can apply your knowledge to new situations day after day.
If you’re not sure if it’s for you, we have a 14-day $1 trial so you can check it out with very little risk.
If you want to learn more about the 5-Hour Rule, Simmons has another blog, in which he explains how the best world leaders follow the 5-hour rule, and how you can do it to!
